By accessing or using QuickOps ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

QuickOps is a server management desktop application providing:

• SSH terminal and instance management
• Automated backup and restore capabilities
• File management (SFTP)
• Deployment automation and monitoring
• AI-assisted troubleshooting and command generation

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license upon payment
• Each license key is valid for the purchased term (monthly or yearly)
• License keys may not be shared, resold, or distributed without written consent
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license keys

• 14-day free trial is available to new users — one trial per user/organization
• Trial includes all features but may have usage limitations
• Trials expire automatically and cannot be extended
• We reserve the right to terminate trial access for violations

• Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or yearly)
• All fees are non-refundable unless specified in writing
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
• Non-payment may result in service suspension or termination

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Share license keys or allow unauthorized access
• Manage servers you do not own or have permission to access
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions

• You retain ownership of all data you input or generate through the Service
• We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security
• You are responsible for maintaining secure access to your own servers
• We are not liable for data loss, breaches, or unauthorized access to your systems

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions or resulting business losses
• SLAs may be available for enterprise customers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, where TST Tech Matrix Pvt Ltd is incorporated.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
